UniFi OKU Package

Salam, hai everybody, thank you for visiting my blog, i know my blog is not good like another blog but i must   try became a good blog, wish to me ya!!! From the title what you see about Unifi but not the normal package like you know, this is special package to OKU(Orang Kurang Upaya). Previously, Tm have Oku packages for the streamyx and the price is reasonable to subscribe, but after Unifi launch do not have oku package. I don't want to talk anymore let's see the our package.

What difference the oku package and normal package is:

1. From the price, difference Rm 30 until Rm 100 based on the package.(Cheaper).
2. Register must go to TM Points Only not directly online.
3. Do have free 1 months subscription when register at TM points.

For the equipment and fee installations is similar with normal packages. When you subscribe the package, in 7 days working hours staff Tm will visit your home to install the equipment such as:

1.Broadband Termination Unit (BTU)

2. Dect Phone

3.Residential Gateway (RG)

4.Set – Top – Box (STB)

When you want to subscribe the package, you need to read importance term and conditions first:

OKU Package Details

i.An OKU citizen can only subscribe up to one (1) OKU package per OKU identification (OKU ID) card.

ii.Applicable only for serviceable UniFi Area. Subject to service availability and technical testing.

iii.Applicable only for VIP packages. Package features are similar with commercial residential packages.

iv.Application is only at selected TMpoint.

v.The minimum subscription period for UniFi is 24 months. RM500 will be charged for pre-mature service termination.

vi.Applicants may send representative to TMpoint to register for the package on behalf of him/her.

vii.Upon registration:

a) Applicant 

• Must present an original OKU ID card and NRIC for validation purpose. A copy for both OKU ID card and NRIC also must be submitted during application process. 

b) Applicant on behalf :

• Must present an original NRIC and authorized letter from OKU citizen that allows him/her to register on behalf.

• Must submit a certified copy of original OKU ID card and NRIC for validation purpose.

viii.The OKU ID card must be issued by Social Welfare Department, Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development.

ix.Online registration is NOT applicable.

x.Subject to standard UniFi Residential Terms & Conditions.
